Will Montz

Will Montz represents clients in property and casualty litigation ranging from auto and trucking losses to premises liability to homeowners’ and business owners’ claims arising from property damage. Additionally, Will is experienced in defending insurers and insureds in connection with professional liability claims throughout Louisiana. He has also represented local and national companies in collection matters and contractual disputes. Will has earned the “AV- Preeminent” rating from Martindale Hubbell.

After growing up in Eunice, LA, Will earned his B.S. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University, New Orleans School of Law. He is licensed and admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, including the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Will is licensed and admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama.
